How fast do you respond?
Every enquiry is handled within one business day. Wholesale and OEM matters go directly to a dedicated integration engineer.
Do you ship samples?
Yes, for verified door manufacturers and distributors. Sample requests go to [email protected].
Do I get access to documentation?
Datasheets, mounting diagrams and white papers are sent on request. The full API is available to technical partners after NDA.
What are the warranty terms?
Two years of full coverage for retail clients. For OEM partners, warranty terms are set individually in the contract.
Can I visit the office?
Yes, by appointment. We show the design process, tests and prototypes. Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–16:00.
Do you ship outside Poland?
Yes, inside the EU without extra paperwork. Outside the EU — on request, we calculate logistics and target-market certifications.
